Australian artist Reg Mombassa shares the story behind his new artwork honoring Bon Scott for what would have been Bon’s 80th birthday.
Created for the official Bon Scott 80th celebration, Reg’s artwork reimagines Bon through a symbolic guitar figure inspired by his voice, energy, tattoos, humor, and rock & roll spirit. The piece is also featured in the new mural in AC/DC Lane in Melbourne, bringing Bon’s legacy back to one of the most iconic rock locations in Australia.
